Role Overview
You will lead the daily operations of the Field Process team, covering the Deposition process. You will develop strong technical relationships with key customers, understand their technology roadmaps (NAND, DRAM, HBM), and identify opportunities where our products and services can add value.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day activities of the Field Process team, ensuring smooth execution of the Deposition process.
- Understand customer technology strategies, process flows, and business challenges to identify areas for technical consultancy and solutions.
- Collaborate with account teams and technical support groups to deliver value-added solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, taking accountability for customer satisfaction with process solutions provided.
- Plan, manage, and execute projects related to customer engagement, including competitive positioning and defense/penetration initiatives, within committed timelines and resources.
- Monitor competitor activities and translate insights into potential business opportunities.
- Partner with product teams and global accounts to present technology roadmaps, organize demonstrations, and influence customer decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with escalation procedures and resolve technical escalations efficiently.
- Deliver predictable operational and financial results, including Opex evaluation, team utilization, and project performance.
- Promote safety awareness within the team, identifying hazards in service environments and providing ongoing safety training.
- Directly supervise team members, manage manpower and competency resources, and oversee project execution.
- Conduct annual performance evaluations and support career development of direct reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, including supervisory experience.
- Strong technical expertise and hands-on experience with Deposition tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer engagement, project management, and leadership capabilities.
