Job Scope

  • Support Process Optimization: Utilize business process engineering methodologies in analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing key business processes across departments, including KYC, Payment Operations, Risk Management, and Reporting, etc
  • Project Management: Collaborate with the Process Management Lead to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to identify process gaps and support the Lead in initiating and managing improvement projects.
  • Change Management: Contribute to the development and implementation of change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new processes, technologies, and digital solutions.
  • Automation and Digitization: Identify opportunities for automation and digitization within processes to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and drive cost savings.
  • Process Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed process documentation to ensure clarity and consistency across teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, Product Development, and Engineering teams to implement process improvements and digital solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in banking, finance, and digital transformation to support innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in process management, project management, or a related field, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of business process engineering methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, BPMN).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools and project management software
  • Experience with automation tools and digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, or BPMN are advantageous but not mandatory.
