Job Description
Process Improvement Engineer
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to support plant operations, process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support safe, reliable and efficient manufacturing operations.
- Analyse process data to improve productivity, yield, energy efficiency and equipment reliability.
- Identify and implement process improvement, digitalisation and automation opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and digital workflows using Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Support data analytics and AI applications for manufacturing.
- Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance and other cross-functional teams.
- Support MOC, operational excellence and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
- Chemical/petrochemical manufacturing experience is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Workflow, Power Apps and Power Automate is required.
- Training or experience in data analytics and AI is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in technology and innovation.
