We are looking for a Process Improvement Engineer to support production operations, technical problem-solving, and process optimisation in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support production teams in identifying and resolving technical and process-related issues
- Propose improvements to enhance process efficiency, safety, and ergonomics
- Assist in commissioning and setup of new equipment
- Develop and update process documentation including P&IDs
- Manage process improvement projects, including specifications, budgeting, and cost tracking
- Plan, coordinate, and execute technical and optimisation projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and update work procedures and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards
- Support risk assessments and workplace safety initiatives
- Participate in inventory and area management activities
- Implement and monitor action plans for continuous improvement
