Job Summary
The Process Expert is responsible for leading and coordinating the operational contribution to the company's program across transversal studies, projects, and deployments within the assigned scope
The role reports to the departments Operational Referent and is accountable for all delivery aspects of the departments Asia roadmap
The Process Expert works with local management to oversee and coordinate local resources assigned to the stream, ensuring effective utilization and alignment
The role requires close collaboration with regional operational teams in Asia, as well as with core department teams based overseas and Singapore
Key Responsibilities
Accountable for end-to-end delivery within the assigned scope, including monitoring execution, resolving issues, and escalating risks when required
Contribute to the development of business cases within the assigned perimeter
Oversee and track activities across scope, timeline, budget, and quality to ensure successful delivery
Proactively raise risks, issues, or alerts to the departments Asia program management team when necessary
Support the definition of action plans and prioritization of initiatives
Prepare and contribute to Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
Design, execute, and document test cases
Track and follow up on agreed action plans to ensure timely completion
Make project- or study-level decisions within the defined scope
Contribute to change management, migration, and testing strategies in collaboration with the departments operations referent
Lead user change management activities to secure approvals and sign-offs for milestone completion
Process & Governance
Manage interdependencies and ensure end-to-end process consistency within the assigned perimeter
Organize and facilitate dedicated workshops and meetings to align and validate process consistency
Coordinate and lead validation committees involving all impacted stakeholders within the perimeter
Reporting & Committees
Contribute to reporting activities related to the assigned perimeter within relevant governance committees
Support the preparation of governance and steering committees in line with program standards
Assist in preparing decision-making committees and materials for the assigned perimeter
Qualifications:
5-10 years of relevant professional experience
Several years of hands-on experience in payment processing back-office operations, particularly cross-border payments
Proven experience in project management as a lead or key contributor
Strong understanding of standard operational processes across the payments value chain
International experience working in cross-border, multicultural environments
Prior experience with Huateng Software - Payment Engine (CPG) is an advantage
