Role Description

The Process Excellence Analyst / Process Excellence Manager / Process Excellence Director improves business processes to strengthen quality, efficiency, and customer outcomes. Responsibilities include mapping workflows, analysing performance, identifying root causes, and measuring the results of implemented changes.

The Analyst develops evidence and supports improvement projects. The Manager leads initiatives and coaches teams, while the Director sets process excellence strategy, establishes governance, and prioritises programmes that deliver measurable organisational benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Analytics, Quality Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant experience in process improvement, business analysis, quality, or operational excellence.
• Understanding of process mapping, root-cause analysis, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to analyse data, identify bottlenecks, and evaluate practical improvement options.
• Proficiency in Excel, visualisation tools, and relevant process mapping or analysis software.
• Experience defining baselines, success measures, and controls that sustain improvements.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for coordinating stakeholders and supporting adoption.
• For analyst positions, experience gathering process evidence, preparing analyses, and tracking project outcomes.
• For manager positions, experience leading improvement projects, coaching teams, and managing delivery risks.
• For director positions, proven experience setting improvement strategy, leading programmes, and validating benefits; Lean or Six Sigma qualifications are advantageous.
