PROCESS ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Setting up, operating, and performing routine, preventative maintenance on manufacturing machinery to reduce downtime.

• Troubleshooting & Repair: Identifying, diagnosing, and fixing mechanical, electrical, or process malfunctions.

• Process Improvement: Evaluating production workflows and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase yield.

• Data Analysis & Recording: Gathering, recording, and analyzing process data for QC reporting to engineers.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensuring all machinery and processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

  REQUIREMENTS:

  • Technical Skills: Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals, along with proficiency in using precision measurement tools.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to address complex technical issues and interpret test data.

  • Communication: Effective collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
