Process Engineer

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Process Engineer:

Job Responsibilities:

• Support and optimize wet and dry manufacturing processes to achieve quality, yield, and productivity targets.
• Monitor and maintain process parameters to ensure stable and efficient production.
• Manage wet processes, including copper (Cu) plating, nickel (Ni) plating, developing, stripping, and seed layer etching.
• Support dry processes, including dry lamination, Laser Direct Imaging (LDI), and flycutting.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Perform routine chemical analysis and replenish plating solutions to maintain optimal chemical concentrations and process performance.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance, spare parts replacement, equipment installation, qualification, and process validation.
• Investigate process deviations, quality issues, and customer complaints using CAPA, 8D, FMEA, RCA, and other problem-solving methodologies.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and safety performance through Kaizen and operational excellence projects.
• Analyze production data, prepare technical reports, and support other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
• Knowledge of electroplating, chemical processes, or semiconductor manufacturing operations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CAPA, 8D, FMEA, SPC, RCA, and other quality improvement tools is preferred.
• Hands-on, analytical, and experienced in troubleshooting process and equipment issues.
• Good communication, teamwork, and technical reporting skills.
• Self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 3,800 +AWS +VB (1-2 months)
• Working Location: Joo Koon
• Working Hours: 5 Days Work, Mon-Fri: 7.50am to 4.55pm
