Process Engineer

Job Summary: Establish Efficient & Effective process engineering planning (Work Instruction) base on costing estimation request.

Job Responsbility:

• Planned and maintaining process routing in ERPsystem whenever there is new work order launched.
• Coordinate with CNC Programming team on all NPI& FA fabrication.
• Identify opportunities for fabrication processimprovement for existing high runner and repeated jobs.
• Supporting in Quality MRB meeting and advicedisposition accordingly.
• Prepare PMP /FMEA and work instruction for FAsubmission.

• Perform new products manufacturing studies anddevelop process control specifications.
• Review process specifications to be in line withchanges in product specs, process and quality improvement.
• Strong decision-making and troubleshooting skills andmethods are essential

Job Requirement:

• Min. Diploma/Degree inMechanical, Engineering related courses or any equivalent.
• Min2-3 years of metal fabrication or precision engineering experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated to work independently with team support & minimal guidance.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude at all time.
• Computer knowledge with MS office etc.
