PROCESS ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement
• Design, develop, and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Monitor process performance and troubleshoot issues in real-time
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and technical reports
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Support new product introduction and scale-up activities
• Utilize data analysis tools to track KPIs and process performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing environment (adjust based on seniority)
• Experience in industries such as manufacturing, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, or electronics is preferred
