Key Responsibilities
- Enhance manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost savings.
- Design and implement process improvements, focusing on stamping operations.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new equipment or tech investments.
- Create SOPs, work instructions, and flowcharts for consistent execution.
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, and ISO13485 standards.
- Troubleshoot process issues using root cause analysis and statistical tools.
- Lead cross-functional teams on improvement projects, meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Train production staff and junior engineers on updated processes.
- Maintain accurate process specs and control plans.
- Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Essential Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
- 5+ years in stamping processes, with expertise in die design, tooling, and materials.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and quality systems (ISO/IATF).
- Skilled in statistical analysis and manufacturing tech evaluation.
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Internal Auditor certification (IATF16949, ISO9001).
- Experience in automotive or medical device manufacturing.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and process documentation.
