Process Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Provide technical support to engineering teams in process development.
2. Formulate new or modified processes, specifying required equipment and reviewing techniques for product manufacturing.
3. Coordinate with engineering and scientific personnel for design requirement reviews to ensure compatibility of methods.
4. Compile and analyze test data to establish appropriate limits and specifications for processes and materials.
5. Plan and manage projects to define and select new concepts and automation technologies for improved processing methods.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot integration and process-related challenges.

Requirements

1. Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, or a related field.
2. Relevant experience in process development is advantageous.
3. Experience in project management is a plus.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Detail-oriented, organized, and a resourceful team player.
6. Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
7. Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
