Test Process Engineer

As an MSB Test Process Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing processes, tools, systems, and AI-enabled solutions to achieve high product quality and operational efficiency in Test operations. You will also be responsible for the following:

• Improving quality in Test processes through data-driven and AI-assisted analysis.

• Resolving process/product deviations (e.g., excursions, RMAs) with short turnaround time using analytical and AI-powered problem-solving approaches.

• Driving continuous improvement in Test operations through process characterization, process optimization, problem resolution, effective control implementation, and leveraging AI technologies where applicable.

• Handling changes in test processes (including new process/equipment qualification and new product integration) to support high-volume production.

• Identifying opportunities for operational excellence in Quality, Efficiency, Cycle Time, Delivery, and Cost through advanced analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

• Leading and participating in projects to realize improvement opportunities through innovative, digital, and AI-driven solutions.

• Utilizing AI tools and technologies to enhance decision-making, automate routine tasks, improve productivity, and generate actionable insights.

• Developing and maintaining proficiency in AI, data analytics, and digital technologies to support smart manufacturing initiatives and continuous business transformation.

• Understanding and following the QMS in place and ensuring compliance with ISO/IATF 16949 requirements (where applicable).

  Requirement

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience in or knowledge on semiconductor manufacturing process and technologies

  • Good multi-tasking skills and ability to set priorities in a fast moving, dynamic environment

  • Effective communication skills in written and spoken English

  • Self-driven, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement and innovation

  • Proficiency in AI tools, data analytics, and digital technologies, with the ability to apply AI-enabled solutions to improve manufacturing quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
