We are looking for a hands-on Process Engineer (PCBA) to drive board bring-up, prototype validation, and production readiness in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead board bring-up, prototype validation, debugging, and transition to manufacturing during New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, firmware, software, manufacturing, and quality engineering.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive engineering documentation, including design specifications, test protocols, verification reports, and compliance records.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve EMI, EMC, and ESD issues through design improvements and validation testing.
- Support manufacturing activities, including DFM/DFA considerations, yield improvement, and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in electrical/electronic hardware and PCBA design
- Proficient in OrCAD and other relevant CAD/EDA design tools
- Hands-on experience with hardware testing and debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving EMI/EMC/ESD-related issues
- Experience supporting manufacturing NPI processes, including prototype builds, validation, and production ramp-up
- Strong troubleshooting skills on electronic circuit boards using standard test instruments.
