Process Engineer (Mechanical)

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with overseas customers forproduction process improvements for new product launching.
• Develop Process Parameters, Fixture Tooling and Process Controls for production parts.
• Document on mold buyoff, new mold transfer prior to mass production.
• Ensure production yield and cycle time follows BOM standard.
• Investigate and provide improvement solutions for process automation, tooling and fixture fabrication/improvement, etc.
• Review and provide Corrective Action Report to customers complaints/ inquiries regards to product quality.
• Attend to FMEA/ root cause analysis to work on non-conformance products

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering/ related.
• 0-5 years of relevant work experience. On-the-job training would be provided.
