Who we are looking for

Hydroleap is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.

As a Process Engineer, you will have a strong technical background in process engineering, and a demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive process improvements.

What you will be doing

  • Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to optimize processes.

  • Lead process improvement projects to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Business Development, Operations and suppliers to identify process improvement opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including piping and instrumentation drawings (P&ID), process flow diagrams (PFD), factory acceptance test procedures (FAT), Operation and Maintenance Manuals (OMM) etc.

  • Develop and implement process control plans to ensure consistent product quality and reduce defects.

  • Evaluate and select new equipment and technology to improve process efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to resolve process-related issues.

  • Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in process engineering and apply them to improve manufacturing processes.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related field.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technology.

  • Proven ability to analyze process data and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

  • Experience with process simulation.

  • Ability to develop PFD & P&ID independently.

  • Proficiency with 2D (AutoCAD) & 3D modeling software (SolidWorks).

  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in water treatment industry is a plus.

  • Passion for sustainability and innovation and a desire to make a positive impact on the world.
