Job Scope:
- Improve and optimise manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Provide daily engineering support to production, troubleshooting process and equipment issues.
- Develop and implement new processes, process parameters, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Monitor process performance (yield, defects, downtime) and drive corrective actions.
- Lead root-cause analysis and implement CAPA to resolve quality or process deviations.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and process transfer activities.
- Work with equipment vendors on process equipment setup, qualification, and improvements.
- Ensure processes comply with safety and quality standards (ISO/GMP).
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, R&D, and Maintenance teams on improvement projects.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing or related fields).
- 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or process engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills experienced in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Familiar with Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, or other process improvement tools.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting equipment or process issues is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of quality systems (ISO, GMP) and safety practices.
