About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead customization and performance analysis of semiconductor devices utilizing advanced manufacturing processes
- Drive parameter extraction and modeling initiatives for state-of-the-art process technologies
- Develop comprehensive device performance analysis and optimization strategies
- Design and implement test key structures for process characterization and validation
- Execute process simulation and transistor-level circuit simulation for design optimization
- Analyze yield data to identify improvement opportunities and drive manufacturing excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical findings into actionable insights
- Own technical documentation and reporting of device characterization results
Requirements
- PhD in Mathematics, Physics, Electronic Science and Technology, Microelectronics, Information and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, or Materials Science and Engineering
- Strong foundational knowledge of semiconductor device physics, integrated circuit design, and manufacturing processes
- Experience with advanced process technology and scripting capabilities (is a bonus)
- Demonstrated academic excellence with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent learning ability and knowledge transfer capability across technical disciplines
- Strong curiosity and passion for exploring new areas in semiconductor technology
