Position: Process Engineer

Job Description:

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a process engineer on site with a client. In summary, you will be supporting sterilization and cleaning operations within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for autoclave, parts washer/washing machine, and cleaning process operations
• Develop and optimize sterilization and washing cycles based on equipment, component, and product requirements
• Define and assess load configurations, load patterns, and worst-case loads for qualification and routine operations
• Support cycle development activities, and develop and review process validation documentation
• Perform engineering assessments of washer and autoclave process parameters
• Support commissioning, qualification, and validation activities for sterilization and washing equipment
• Review and approve change controls associated with equipment and process modifications
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Validation, QA, Engineering, and Operations teams to maintain validated processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant life science field (e.g., biology, biotechnology, biochemistry). .
• Min. 3 years of relevant experience in GMP environments (pharma, biotech, manufacturing).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment with competing priorities.
• Great team player. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to develop close working relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external contacts at all levels
