Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor plant performance and ensure minimum downtime.
- Plan and schedule manpower weekly or monthly duty roster.
- Lead root cause analysis by identifying recurring issues, troubleshooting and implementing corrective actions.
- Support plant improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors and negotiate for cost efficient services.
- Ensure Plant operations comply with existing safety regulations through regular inspections, risk assessments and permit-to-work management.
- Ensure plant comply with ISO standard and internal or external audit.
- Support plant maintenance and testing activities.
- Support Inventory management
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in mechanical, electrical engineering or other relevant fields.
- Experience in automation in process plant would be preferred but not a must.
- 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience in process plant would be preferred.
- On-the-Job training will be provided.
- Able to cover shift duty (8-hrs shift work) as and when required.
