Process Development Scientist (Pharma MNC, West side, Office Hour) #HCL

Job Scope:

. Design and conduct laboratory-scale experiments to support manufacturing operations, process improvements, and new material evaluations

. Investigate and troubleshoot process issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, regulatory, compliance)

. Support and lead technology transfer from laboratory development to manufacturing, including procedure development and process validation

. Develop, review, update, and approve SOPs and process-related documentation

. Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency

. Work with Quality teams to ensure production changes meet internal and regulatory standards

. Document and manage process and plant data for knowledge management

. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures

. Participate in global development and best-practice teams when required

. Perform additional duties as assigned and adapt to flexible work requirements

Requirements:

. Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field

. Strong understanding of SOPs, process validation, and documentation practices

. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams

. Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements (e.g. GMP)
