Job Description:
- Provide direct manufacturing support as required during product start-ups and process modifications.
- Work with Process Engineers in troubleshooting all manufacturing problems and upsets.
- Work with OSP Process Engincers to anticipate and eliminate any process chemistry related issues.
- Work with Quality Control to develop the necessary documentation in support of any production changes or abnormal process operations to assure that all products meet all regulatory quality standards.
- Develop Process Validation Protocols
- Develop and implement productivity, cost and process capability improvements.
- Identify and implement cost improvement process modification
- Monitor the process capability of key quality attributes and take actions to achived good process capability.
- Spearhead project development and monitor progress.
- Develop novel manufacturing processes in support of the OSP, ETP. and SR operations.
- Develop and implement of operating procedures in accordance with GMP.s and GLP.s.
- Participate in Best Practices Teams as necessary.
- Participate in Global product development teams as necessary.
- Identify and implement new process technologies
- Lead Technology Transfer for bringing new processes from global technical group or other sites.
Requirements
- Min Degree / Msc in Organic Chemistry
- Min 2-3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry in a technical services team
- Training will be provided
