Process Design Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Process Design Engineer to join our design engineering team. You will be responsible for developing safe, reliable, and optimized process systems for global EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review PFDs, P&IDs, and other process design documents for offshore systems.
• Perform process simulations and equipment/line sizing using tools such as HYSYS or Aspen Plus.
• Ensure designs meet safety, environmental, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with HSE, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation teams during all design stages.
• Participate in HAZOP, SIL, and multidisciplinary design reviews.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in process design for offshore/marine projects.
• Proficient in HYSYS, Aspen Plus, or equivalent process simulation software.
• Prior experience with major design companies preferred.
