Process Assurance Analyst

Role: Process Assurance Analyst
Experience required: 2-3 years

Duration: 12 Months (extendable)

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver process management, process definition, and analysis of current processes where improvements are/can be identified and delivered for units supported, currently Service Recovery.
• Provide risk and governance process support across GIPS units, currently Service Recovery, Change Management, and Network Engineering.
• Provide contract management support, reviewing IT schedules for subsidiaries and overseas branches.
• Control EUC across GIPS units, maintaining an inventory list of EUC tools and ensuring compliance with the established process and governance.
• Documentation and training: maintain an accessible repository of process manuals and guidelines, and conduct training sessions for staff to ensure the established processes are adhered to.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Banking/Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
