Process Assurance Analyst

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Assurance Analyst to join our team in Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will play a key role in assessing and improving our business processes to ensure they meet the required standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

·      Develop and deliver process management, process definition and analysis of current processes where improvements are / can be identified and delivered for units supported, currently Service Recovery.

·      Provide risk and governance process support across GIPS units, currently Service Recovery, Change Management, & Network Engineering.

·      Provide contract management support, reviewing IT schedule for subsidiaries and oversea branches.

·      Controlling EUC across GIPS units, maintaining inventory list of EUC tools and ensuring compliance with the established process and governance.

·      Documentation and training, maintain accessible repository of process manuals and guidelines, conduct training sessions for staff to ensure the established processes are adhered to

Skills and Qualifications

Education:

·      Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Banking/Finance/ Engineering or related field.

Essential:

·      Strong attention to details, excellent analytical and reporting skills.

·      Good internal communications, written and verbal communication skills.

Key Domain/ Technical Skills:

·      Microsoft Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
