Job Description & Requirements
Safety Admin cum PRO Job Responsibilities:
- Provide professional administrative support on site.
- Generate emails and reports when appropriate.
- Provides administration support to project team and handles project public relation issues.
- Assist Project Manager on daily administration work.
- Serves as primary contact point of information flow between Head Office and site.
- Maintaining relationship and communicating project activities to project site neighbourhood, and attending and resolving complaints from external parties.
- Acts as project document controller and perform administrative duties include filing, sorting, printing, circulation, storage of some project documents.
- Participate Monthly PRO meeting or activities required by SO.
- Other duties assigned by HOD or high management.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma / A levels
- At least 2 years relevant experience, preferably in construction industry (Civil or Trackwork)
- Good Communication and presentation skills.
