Privilege Identity Administrator

The Privileged Identity Administrator role is essential for maintaining the security, availability, and integrity of the bank's privileged accounts-one of the highestrisk access types within our technology environment. As the volume of privileged identities grows across servers, applications, databases, cloud platforms, and DevOps pipelines, dedicated operational specialists are required to manage their lifecycle and uphold strict security and regulatory controls.

This role focuses on the daytoday execution of privileged identity management, including accurate account provisioning, secure credential vaulting, timely rotation of passwords, session monitoring, and hygiene checks. These activities are critical to preventing credential misuse, reducing the attack surface, and ensuring compliance with MAS TRM guidelines and internal governance standards.

In addition, the PID Admin provides 247 support within a rotational shift model to ensure continuous readiness. This enables rapid response to password failures, unauthorized access alerts, authentication issues, and incidents involving privileged accounts-minimizing downtime and strengthening operational resilience.

By establishing this dedicated role, the bank ensures consistent application of privileged access controls, improved audit readiness, faster incident resolution, and a more secure operating environment across all platforms and business lines.
