Seeking a high-caliber professional to expand a brand's footprint within the High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Family Office segments. You will be responsible for driving growth through strategic prospecting and delivering sophisticated investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Prospect and manage relationships with HNWIs, private investment firms, and family offices.
- Strategic Growth: Execute business development initiatives via direct prospecting, referral channels, and exclusive events.
- Product Expertise: Master the platform's suite of products to provide tailored trading and investment solutions.
- Platform Evolution: Advocate for internal platform and product enhancements to meet the evolving needs of private wealth clients.
- Sales Excellence: Operate independently to exceed sales targets while collaborating within a high-performance team.
- Retention: Build enduring partnerships to ensure long-term client loyalty.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in BD/Wealth Management focusing on HNWIs or Family Offices.
- Advisory Skills: Proven track record in asset allocation and investment advising.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of multi-asset classes (Equities, Futures, Options) and wealth products.
- Attributes: Self-driven hunter mentality, fast learner, and effective communicator.
- Credentials: CFA/FRM or related financial certifications are a huge advantage, but not a requirement.
