We are currently partnering with a global investment firm that is looking to hire a Private Equity Associate to join their team in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in‑depth financial modelling, valuation analysis, and investment due diligence
- Support end‑to‑end transaction execution, including industry research, deal structuring, and preparation of investment committee materials
- Monitor existing portfolio companies and assist with strategic value‑creation initiatives
- Prepare internal reports, dashboards, and performance updates for senior leadership
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of private equity or buy‑side experience
- Strong foundation in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction analysis
- International exposure (must have lived, worked, or studied outside Singapore)
- Experience working on global or regional deals is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders
