Our client is a Global Multi-Billion AUM private equity with offices across Europe, United States and Asia. They are currently seeking a Private Equity Associate to be part of their team based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct active research, due diligence and analysis on new investment opportunities.
- Prepare robust financial models, investment memos, presentations and recommendations for investment committee.
- Actively monitor portfolio risk metrics by generating reports and building model scenarios
- Monitor and review performance of existing investments in view of the entire portfolio.
- Support the senior team members in deal origination and sourcing.
- Form an independent opinion about the attractiveness of a sector or investment opportunity
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of Private Equity experience.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Meticulous and detailed-oriented
- Ability to speak a SEA language will be advantageous.
