Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Private Equity Analyst located in Singapore. The Analyst will be instrumental in driving the success of our new fund, leveraging strong deal flows in AI, robotics, and related industries across APAC. The candidate will be involved in deal sourcing, conducting detailed due diligence on potential investments, and developing robust financial models to evaluate opportunities. This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and a passion for emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct industry research and market analysis on AI, robotics, and data centre sectors
  • Perform financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis for potential investments
  • Support deal sourcing and due diligence, including reviewing financial statements, business plans, and market positioning
  • Prepare investment memos, pitch materials, and presentations for internal committees and external partners
  • Monitor portfolio company performance and assist in preparing quarterly reports for investors
  • Collaborate with senior team members to evaluate strategic investment opportunities across APAC

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or a related sector
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Excel
  • Demonstrated interest in technology-driven industries (AI, robotics or equivalent)
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
