A leading global alternative investment firm is seeking a Private Credit Associate to join its Asia Credit team in Singapore.
Candidate Profile
- 34 years of relevant experience preferred
- Background in private credit, direct lending, leveraged finance, or investment banking
- Investment banking candidates should have strong leveraged finance experience
- Strong financial modeling, credit analysis, and communication skills
- Ties to Asia or a demonstrated interest in the region strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and execute private credit and structured financing investments across Asia
- Build detailed financial models and conduct comprehensive credit analysis and due diligence
- Support deal structuring, documentation review, and preparation of investment committee materials
- Monitor portfolio investments and assist with ongoing asset management
- Work closely with senior investment professionals across regional and global teams
