Job Description
Private Care Coordinator | Singapore | Private Family Office
We are looking for a Registered Nurse to become the dedicated health advocate for one member of a private family. Based at the family residence in Singapore, with travel, you will bring a nurse's knowledge and a nurse's hands to their private care. You will make sure every medication, supplement, appointment and recommendation is understood, proportionate and followed through.
The standard is quiet, continuous care: nothing runs out, nothing is missed, and nothing is done to the family that did not need to be done.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Medication and supplements: always in supply, taken on schedule, reviewed for relevance, and refilled before they are needed, in whichever country the family is in.
- Proportionate care: when a doctor proposes a test, procedure or treatment, you establish what it is for, whether a less invasive route would serve, and whether a second opinion is warranted.
- Appointment preparation: you chaperone to appointments. You make sure samples, fasting instructions, records and the right questions are ready beforehand.
- Follow-through: after each appointment, instructions are captured, follow-ups are booked and the record is updated the same day.
- One clear record: the care programme, schedules, appointments and results live in one current system. Anyone authorised could understand it in an afternoon.
- Care that travels: when the family travels, the programme goes too, with supplies packed, local providers identified and records to hand.
- Presence: you are steady on difficult days and live in on occasion. When other family members visit, your care extends to them, including living in for the full stay when senior family members are in residence.
- Wellbeing legwork: collecting prescriptions, sourcing supplements and specialist items, and coordinating wellness practitioners.
WHO YOU ARE
- A Registered Nurse with current registration in Singapore, willing to obtain licensing elsewhere if the household relocates.
- Experienced across acute and community settings. Private duty, concierge medicine or household nursing experience is a strong advantage.
- Clinically sound: you know what a result means, when something warrants escalation, and how to challenge a doctor well.
- A natural coordinator across doctors, specialists, pharmacies and practitioners, in more than one country.
- Systems-minded: you trust a system over memory, and you are curious about what technology and AI can take off your plate.
- Warm with a spine: kind, patient and calm, yet fully capable of pressing a specialist for a clearer answer.
- Absolutely discreet, and looking for a long-term home for your best work rather than a stepping stone.
THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF...
- You would rather carry out a doctor's plan than question it.
- You need the pace and variety of a hospital to stay engaged. This is one person's care, not a ward.
- Your record of care lives in your head.
- Fetching a prescription or sourcing a yoga mat feels beneath a nurse.
Discretion is baseline. You will hold the most private information a family has, and a single breach of confidentiality is disqualifying.
Compensation is competitive and dependent on candidate aptitude. To apply, please submit your CV with a short note on why this role suits you.
