Private Capital Loan Operations

About the firm:

• Top-tier European Bank

Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret deal documentation to assess structure and key operational points
• Capture and maintain asset data in the Loan Administration system
• Set up fee structures and reporting tools (including Crystal Reports) for third-party stakeholders
• Support on-boarding, transitions, and business change initiatives
• Collaborate with international off-shoring centres for data input and system updates
• Perform cash and portfolio reconciliations, monitor restructurings, and manage asset maintenance
• Ensure timely execution of payments, notices, and reporting (Month-end, KRI, etc.)
• Troubleshoot anomalies and maintain operational memos
• Develop and implement procedures to streamline processes and support new activities

Requirements:

• Strong technical background in fund administration and financial reporting
• Experience in alternative investments within financial services (preferred)
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Familiarity with Sentry, E-Front FIA, Hiport (a plus)
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• Team-oriented with strong collaboration and communication skills
• Capable of managing change projects and process enhancements
