Private Banking Operations (Contract, Entry Level) ESY

. Handling the settlement of all wealth management products, including equities, bonds, mutual funds, structured products, structured deposits etc.

. Handling of Corporate Actions, position reconciliation and client statements

. Trained to be trainer to the new system, while participating in systems UAT

. Making constructive and practical suggestions to enhance operational workflow and reduce operational risks

. Processing the Deposits and Remittances (D&R) such as Deposit accounts and remittances for Corporate Banking

. Processing the Accounts Payables, including providing support for vendor payments and staff claims (non-Oracle)

. Management of SWIFT Alliance system, including processing of SWIFT

. Co-ordination with other stakeholders to resolve issues

. Carries out other duties as and when assigned

. Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors.
