Support PB RMs to provide excellent service to high net-worth clients to achieve client retention, and be able to handle daily business-as-usual tasks.
Understanding of all account opening, maintenance, closure, transfers, KYC and transaction monitoring requirements to support the PB RMs to ensure compliance. Liaise with clients on behalf of PB RMs to obtain relevant information in order for PB RMs to fulfil such requirements.
Support the PB RMs to manage client meetings and travel arrangements.
Understand client requirements and assist PB RMs in daily maintenance of account relationships.
Act as the client key interface over initiation of clients&apos instructions, monitor funds for payment, receiving clients instructions and signed forms.
Support clients requests and follow through clients instructions to ensure timely execution of instructions.
Ability to understand issues and appropriately escalate to Business Management team in a timely fashion.
Develop good understanding of the governing regulatory framework, including but not limited to applicable confidentiality/secrecy/data protection regulations and cross border rules where relevant.
As a team player to back up other PB ARMs who are on leave to ensure PB provides best of class services.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
Degree in any discipline
Registered license representative under the CACs certification
Sales support experiences in private banking industry
Ability to collate KYC information and SOW corroboration
Good team player and ability to work closely with different departments of the bank
