Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional financial needs analysis and profiling sessions to understand client objectives and recommend suitable solutions.
- Acquire new Priority Banking clients through proactive sourcing, referrals, and participation in marketing events and presentations.
- Deepen existing client relationships by providing regular market insights and updates on local and international financial products.
- Develop and execute monthly sales plans in consultation with management to achieve and exceed individual targets.
- Organize and conduct sales presentations to groups, clubs, associations, and corporations.
- Solicit referrals from internal stakeholders, including other business units and colleagues.
- Deliver quality after-sales service and actively manage client retention.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies, including anti-money laundering procedures.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education with relevant CMFAS certifications.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the banking industry.
- Proven ability to build relationships and meet sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Committed to maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and ethical conduct.
