Job Summary
You will perform printer repairs and maintenance both in the office and at client locations, assist walk-in customers with printer support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure timely resolution of service requests. (Training Provided - Office/Field Mix)
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain printers at the office and on client sites to ensure equipment functionality
- Assist walk-in customers by providing clear and helpful printer support
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues with printing equipment to minimize downtime
- Manage service requests promptly to meet client and office needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Own transport to travel to client sites when required
- Positive attitude and good communication skills to effectively assist customers
- No prior experience needed willingness to learn through comprehensive training
