- Produce BIM models including preparation of general arrangement plans and schedules.
- Provide BIM and drafting support to Singapore C&S team.
- Produce structure reinforce concrete deailing (Beam, slab, column, foundation, steel structure etc)
- Connection detail for RC and steel structure.
- Produce quantity schedules using BIM.
- Collaborate and coordinate with CS, AR and MEP both within local and overseas teams.
- Provide BIM Modelling and coordination works
Requirements
- Civil Engineering graduate.
- Proficient in structural detailing and modelling:
- At least 5 years experience in RC design/detailing with experience in Precast and Steel detailing. Experience in structural engineering design is an advantage.
- At least 5 years experience in Archicad, Revit and AutoCAD. Archicad experience is preferred. Knowledge in Dynamo, Grasshopper, Navisworks, Solibri is a plus.
- Preferably with experience in building design/modeling such as residential and condominiums.
- Passionate about Structural 3D modelling and 2D detailing to deliver with high quality.
- Able to interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
- Proficient in Office applications especially Excel.
- Able to communicate to local and overseas clients.
- With good work ethics and management skills and ability to adapt in tight deadlines.
- Experience in BIM model federation, coordination and clash detections.
