As part of their continued regional expansion, they are seeking an experienced Principal to lead high-impact client engagements and play a key role in growing their presence across ASEAN markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver high-impact strategy consulting engagements across Southeast Asia, working directly with C-suite and senior leadership teams.
- Advise clients on growth strategy, market entry, digital transformation, operating model design, and strategic transformation initiatives.
- Develop deep expertise and client relationships within Healthcare, Consumer Goods, or TMT sectors.
- Manage and mentor consulting teams, ensuring high-quality analysis, structured problem solving, and actionable recommendations.
- Drive business development initiatives, including identifying opportunities, leading client proposals, and supporting pitch presentations.
- Contribute to the firm's thought leadership and practice development, particularly within ASEAN markets.
- Play a key role in strengthening the firm's regional client network and reputation.
Requirements
- 812+ years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy roles.
- Background from a top-tier or reputable strategy consulting firm strongly preferred (e.g., McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, Kearney, or Oliver Wyman).
- Demonstrated experience leading strategy projects across ASEAN markets.
- Sector expertise in Healthcare, Consumer Goods, or Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT).
- Proven ability to lead client engagements, manage teams, and deliver strategic insights to senior stakeholders.
- Experience contributing to business development and client relationship management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
