Lead solution consulting and pre-sales engagements for financial services clients internationally. Engage senior stakeholders, shape solution strategies, and support high-value opportunities to drive business transformation and deal success.
Responsibilities
- Engage senior stakeholders such as CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders to identify business priorities and transformation goals
- Provide trusted advisory on digital transformation and technology adoption tailored to financial services clients
- Lead development of solution approaches that align technology capabilities with client business needs for complex opportunities
- Translate client requirements into structured solution strategies and compelling value propositions
- Guide solution architecture and design in collaboration with internal technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment
- Support full pre-sales lifecycle activities including proposal development, presentations, and bid responses for high-value deals
- Lead client presentations to clearly articulate solution value at both technical and business levels
- Participate in proof-of-concept (POC) activities to demonstrate solution feasibility and business impact
- Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure alignment from opportunity shaping through execution
- Contribute to best practices, reusable assets, and solution frameworks to enhance team effectiveness
- Monitor industry trends in banking, financial services, and fintech to inform solution evolution and go-to-market strategies
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Extensive experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or related roles
- Strong experience in financial services, banking, or fintech environments
- Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders and support complex solution sales
- Strong business and technical acumen to bridge business needs with technology solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in English is required Mandarin skills are beneficial for collaboration with clients and headquarters in China
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in digital transformation or large-scale system modernization initiatives
- Familiarity with banking systems such as core banking, payments, and digital channels
- Background in technology firms, system integrators, or consulting organizations
- Experience working with international clients or across multiple markets
