Role Description

The Principal Manager Strategic Coordination closely supports the service transformation and strategic operations for the National Blood Programme (NBP) by translating strategic intent into operational outcomes, with guidance from the BRBSG leadership. The role will assist with capability development, strategic partnerships, and contract management for contracted blood collection services, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of transformation milestones and longterm NBP sustainability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in healthcare, community services, operations, or related fields

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in public service or healthcare settings

  • Experience in strategic partnership management and external stakeholder coordination

  • Demonstrated leadership in managing complex transformation programmes and cross-functional teams

  • Experience in transformation initiatives at national or international level highly valued

  • Familiarity with service design methodologies and citizen-centric planning approaches preferred

  • Experience in contract management and vendor governance advantageous
