Job Responsibilities:

• To develop, sustain and improve process to meet technology development goals, as well as manage a group of Engineers and Associate Engineers, if necessary.
• Deep knowledge on multiple processes and good understanding on integration impact
• Establish plans and strategies to optimize process capability to meet operations requirements
• Initiate and drive projects to improve quality, cost and equipment throughput
• Start-up new processes which involve process characterization and development
• Facilitate continuous improvement programs to improve process capability
• Able to understand process road map, define and plan for the project systematically
• Work smoothly and suggest constructively to integration team on process integration
• Organize and provide training and guidance to Engineers and Associate Engineers to achieve maximum performance effectiveness
• Technical leadership in the group and be a coach to the Senior Engineers and Engineers

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

• BS degree or Master's Degree or PhDin Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Science, Solid State Physics or other relevant engineering physical science discipline is required
• Relevant working experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with different cultures.
