Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead training & education for pre-registrants to senior pharmacists
  • Develop learning objectives, curriculum & training materials
  • Review and verify medication orders
  • Perform medication reconciliation
  • Provide drug information to healthcare professionals
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds & ambulatory clinical services
  • Dispense and counsel patients on medications
  • Oversee pharmacy assistants & technicians
  • Support department education & development programmes
  • Drive ad-hoc quality improvement and clinical projects

Requirement

  • Min. PharmD or equivalent, recognized bySingapore Pharmacy Council
  • Min. 5 yearsof clinical experience
  • Strong passion for teaching & training
  • Proven experience developing clinical services or training programmes
  • Excellent leadership, communication & mentoring skills
