Job Responsibilities
- Provide specialised occupational therapy assessment and rehabilitation for patients with complex needs
- Maximise patients functional independence and quality of life through evidence‑based interventions
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including participation in case conferences and discharge planning
- Deliver high standards of clinical care with accurate and timely documentation
- Supervise, mentor, and support occupational therapists, therapy aides, and students
- Contribute to service development, training programmes, research, and quality improvement initiatives
- Assume unit head or service‑in‑charge responsibilities when required
- Uphold professional standards in accordance with AHPC guidelines
- Demonstrate strong leadership, initiative, and commitment to service excellence and patient‑centred care
Job Requirements
- Recognised diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy, or equivalent with relevant qualifying examinations
- Post‑graduate qualification or professional certification is an advantage
- Registered with the Singapore Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) with a valid practising certificate
- Membership with the Singapore Association of Occupational Therapists (SAOT) is strongly encouraged
- Minimum 2–3 years experience as a Senior Occupational Therapist
- Proven experience in mentorship, supervision, and leadership roles
