A top-tier global management consultancy is expanding its Energy practice in Southeast Asia and and are looking for a sharp, commercially driven Principal to help lead it.

This is a high-visibility role sitting at the intersection of energy transition, natural resources, and Southeast Asia's rapidly evolving power sector. You'll be shaping strategy for clients across the region, from national oil companies and utilities to investors and regulators.

What we're looking for:

• 8–12 years of experience, with a strong foundation at an MBB or tier-one consultancy
• Deep expertise in energy , downstream and upstream, power, transition, or all three
• Proven track record delivering complex engagements across Southeast Asia
• The commercial instinct to build client relationships and grow a practice
• Someone who leads from the front, with clients and with teams
