[What the role is]

The Principal Manager (Workplace & Project Management) of the Infrastructure & Sustainability Division will manage leases, tenancies, renovation and equipping the facilities, including engaging stakeholders and contractors, to achieve successful project execution.

[What you will be working on]

The Principal Manager (Workplace & Project Management) will work with the various stakeholders to:

  • Manage the complete lease administration lifecycle, including sourcing, contract negotiations, securing approvals, executing lease agreements, and handling tenancy renewals.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks whilst implementing strategic solutions to ensure project success, whilst adapting to evolving requirements and emerging challenges.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify their requirements, prepare tender specifications, call tender, participate in tender evaluation process & oversee project management activities.
  • Liaise with external parties, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Establish and coordinate the services required to support office operations.
  • Gather and compile worspace requirements for the new building allocation.

[What we are looking for]


  • Background in Real Estate/ Facilities Management
  • Minimum of 7 years continuous experience in facilities project management
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
  • Demostrated experience in facilities related project management
  • Maintains a positive attitude and show resilience under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Previous experience working in government or public sector environments
  • Proven ability to coordinate and manage cross-functional teams

The successful candidate will be offered a 1-year contract (with option for automatic renewal for a further one year) in the first instance.
