What You'll Be Doing:

• Design and deliver cutting-edge executive education and graduate programmes on Agentic AI, Generative AI, and enterprise-scale AI deployment with content that's practical, relevant, and future-ready.
• Create immersive learning experiences using real-world case studies, simulations, and strategic frameworks that spark actionable insights.
• Engage with industry stakeholders to understand evolving needs and tailor curriculum that addresses global AI trends and business challenges.
• Lead with thought leadership by speaking at conferences, contributing to communities of practice, and shaping the strategic direction of NUS-ISS.

What We are Looking For:

• A PhD or equivalent in AI, Computer Science, Robotics, Cognitive Systems, or related fields.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise-scale AI deployment and consulting, with a strong grasp of AI adoption strategies and change management.
• Deep knowledge of Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI governance.
• Confidence in engaging senior professionals and adapting to diverse learning environments.
• A mindset of continuous learning and curiosity to grow with the field.
