Responsibilities

Monitor vendors performance according to contractual obligations and SLAs.

Vendor management to ensure that vendor meets the contractual agreement, service. level agreement (SLA) and deliver IT systems on-time according to plan and within budget.

Develop and update security policies and procedures.

Responsible for reviewing security software versioning and enhancements.

Conduct Security Awareness Training and Phishing Email Simulation training.

Recommend security enhancements to management.

Monitor and document security breaches and assess liability.

To resolve user inquiries and problems regarding security operations.

Provide in-house VA scanning using purchased solutions.

Good knowledge of Cybersecurity technologies for new solution implementation, industry best practices, operations, vulnerability and risk management.

Familiar with various network and system security technology and solutions (e.g. Firewalls, SASE, IPS/IDS, AV, PAM, WAF, etc).

Develop and execute project plan to drive project implementation on time and within budget by effectively managing resources and budget and forging collaborations with various stakeholders as necessary to deliver the defined outcomes.

Responsible for ensuring that the SOW provided by vendors includes all the necessary requirements to meet the scope of the project.

Responsible for developing Request for Proposal (RFP), Project Request Form (PRF), Tender as well as Vendor onboarding documentation.

Conducts regular progress review meetings to ensure project teams are kept fully informed about project progress, tasks, action plan and deadlines, and to report the project progress to management.

Other duties as required.

Job Requirements

Possess a good diploma in Cybersecurity or other relevant diploma.

Minimum 2 5 years experience in Cybersecurity.

Hands-on experience of security solutions and projects.

Logical and methodological, with good planning & organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skill.

Ability to multitask and prioritize with strong sense of urgency.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Able to work independently and as a strong team player who is proactive, quality-conscious and results-oriented
