As a Principal Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex, customized, and multi-stream solutions that exceed client expectations. This role combines strategic delivery with client relationship management and business development.

You will lead and contribute to high-impact projects, manage key client relationships, and support the development of compelling proposals and bids. Your ability to think out of the box, navigate complexity, influence stakeholders, lead effective project teams and drive meaningful outcomes will be critical to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead independent charge of strategic workstreams on complex/multi-service line projects and/or lead smaller projects with direct or project-based team management. Projects may include cross functional/ cross country team management responsibilities.
  • Develop and manage effective client relationships either as a member of an account team or by directly managing accounts including potential key accounts.
  • Lead research, analysis and interpretation on client / sector business issues, performance, client competitor performance etc. with a view to identifying possible opportunities.Leverage insights to define, recommend and /or co-create strategic solutions for the clients.
  • Contribute to business development through proposal writing, pricing strategy, shaping opportunities, pitch preparation and opportunity expansion in clients. Assess the needs of large/complex clients, designing and delivering solutions to meet their needs.
  • Facilitate project teams by defining scope, objectives and project management structure to ensure focus on outcomes. Plan for resource needs and implementation as part of effective project team deployment. Leverage the expertise of internal industry or practice experts across the KF business where required.
  • Support less experienced consultants through mentoring andproject-baseddevelopment and coaching.
  • Deliver high quality work that meets and exceeds expectations.
  • Develop deeper expertise in at least one other solutionarea, andbecome conversant acrossKorn Ferry(KF) Advisoryofferings in order to draw on appropriate practice expertise to provide business solutions, including those that may require inter-serviceline approaches.
  • Continue to deepen and broaden own consulting skills, business or sector understanding andexpertise. Extend a strong internal brand and network of KFAdvisoryconsultants.
  • Work with KF industry leaders to develop and customize offerings within a service line and targeted at aparticular industry

Professional Experience/Qualifications

  • 5-8+ years of work experience in Communications or Agency Setting, OR in Talent Strategy /M&A Integration /Organizational Development/Organizational Design
  • Track record of helping clients to develop and implement transformation roadmaps with a strong emphasis on the leadership, organization, people, and cultural changes required to improve performance
  • Skilled in some of the following areas: Change management and communications / People strategy development and implementation / Culture transformation / Organization design / Organization effectiveness analytics and diagnosis / Diversity and inclusion analytics, diagnosis and strategy etc.
  • Financial literacy, business acumen, and a profit conscious mindset with the ability to analyze market data, interpret P&L information, and translate that information into meaningful action plans.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and work independently to proactively achieve goals and strategies under shifting conditions and with different tasks, job responsibilities, and people.
  • Sector expertise and having delivered innovative solutions preferable.
  • Fluency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with data analytics/visualization tools such as Power BI, Alteryx and Tableau preferred. (we need to include something about AI applications/ integration here)
  • Ability to communicate ideas and recommendations to clients in a professional, clear, concise and engaging way

EDUCATION

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
